Typically, 5-7 business days are needed to produce and ship most prints and products within the United States. Once your order is on its way, an email with tracking info and an estimated delivery date will be sent to you! If you're ordering from outside the US (like Canada), delivery can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days, depending on the product being printed (on-demand). For original artwork, Kiki Piper ships within 1-2 days of processing. Standard delivery usually takes up to a week via UPS (insured shipping), unless you prefer another shipping method. A tracking number will be sent to you onceit is on it’s way!

A low flat-rate shipping cost of $10 is applied for all orders in the United States at check out. For all other international orders, a flat-rate shipping cost of $40 will be applied at check out. Free shipping is available for all orders over $500.

RETURNS

Kiki Piper wants you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not, original artwork can be returned (with insurance) within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s in its original packaging and undamaged. If you’re not satisfied after the first week, please reach out to Kiki Piper directly, and we can discuss your options.

Since prints and products are made to order, including your chosen size and frame, they aren’t eligible for return. However, if your print arrives damaged, please snap a photo of both the product and packaging, and a replacement will be arranged for you.
